SUMMARY: Postpartum Doula Training with Michelle L'Esperance
DESCRIPTION: Michelle L'Esperance, certified professional midwife and doula,  will hold a Traditional Postpartum Doula Training on Wednesday, January 28, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the Spiritual Life Center at Hampshire College. The cost is $108.00. 
<br>"Nurturing the new family after the birth is the ever-shifting work of the postpartum doula. Tending to the needs of the infant, the mother and even the partner to a certain extent-the postpartum doula is ever-mindful of the tender new family unit as a whole."
<br>This workshop is ideal as a supplement to Birth Doula training, or as a refresher and deepening study for those already offering postpartum doula services.

<br>Michelle L'Esperance, CPM, has been attending births since 1996 and conducting trainings for aspiring midwives and doulas since 2000.
