In "Skin and Hide," director Booth and a seven-actor ensemble explore and explode the classic fairy tale of "Beauty and the Beast." Through a highly physical, improvisational process, the ensemble confronts the traditional story and its questions of identity, romance and relationship, family dynamics and magic. In this world, mirror images materialize in unlikely places, and the picking of a rose can lead to any number of things--from falling in love to an unexpected houseguest.
