The conference focuses on initiatives of contemplative pedagogy taking place in classrooms and institutions. Through contributed papers, plenary talks, artistic presentations and contemplative practice sessions there will be a wide representation of the ways contemplation can serve higher education. Educators integrating these practices are exploring how they help students develop greater mindfulness, open hearts and insights.
